Tubing

Extruded Profile with circular external section and hollow circular internal section. In a conventional tubing Extrusion process the shape of the tube is formed by a circular Die tool producing the outside diameter of the Profile and pin, held centrally within the die, producing the inside diameter. The Pin is attached within the Extrusion head and also provides air (either pressurised or neutral) to ensure the tubular Profile does not collapse before being set into it's final shape.
