Why Altec?

The company was originally set up in 1972 to supply analysis equipment and tubing products to laboratories and industrial users throughout the UK.

Tubing products form the biggest part of our business and our manufacturing capability extends through a large variety of plastics and rubbers. Our stock range of tubing caters for the majority of our customers' requirements but where something a little different is needed we can make bespoke products in a wide range of polymers, specifications, colours and quantities. Contact us if you can't find quite what you need.

We've been a mail order company for more than 45 years - long before the internet was adopted as a platform for selling. We have always aimed for high standards in the quality and selection of the products we supply, and have not lost sight of the fact that prompt delivery to our customers is still paramount, regardless of the speed of the internet!

  • There is no minimum order value, and we offer a choice of low-cost shipping options, with orders over £36 to UK destinations going free! (Some remote areas of the UK are excluded. You’ll be advised as you place your order.)
